USC 2257 Statement

1. Voluntary compliance

1.1 Heduno voluntarily complies with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. §75 ("Section 2257") in respect of relevant Content made available on Heduno (the title of this work is Heduno).

2. Scope — real performers

2.1 This Statement applies to visual depictions of real persons engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. It does not apply to AI-generated or wholly fictional depictions that do not portray a real person; such Content is addressed by the AI-content labelling obligation in the Creator Terms and by Heduno's moderation rules.

3. Compliant content

3.1 All persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on Heduno were over the age of eighteen (18) at the time the image was produced. Records required by Section 2257 for such depictions are on file with the Records Custodian named in clause 6.

4. UK performer verification records

4.1 In addition to the voluntary US statement above, Heduno verifies the age and identity of every Creator (and of individuals appearing in Collaborative Content) through its identity-verification provider, using an approved government ID (such as a passport or driving licence) and a liveness check, and retains those verification records. These records support Heduno's obligations under the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and related age-verification duties.

5. Exempt content

5.1 Other visual depictions on Heduno are exempt from Section 2257 because they: do not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)(i)–(iv); do not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. §2257A produced after 19 March 2009; do not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)(v) produced after 19 March 2009; were created before 3 July 1995; or are images for which Heduno is not a "producer" as defined in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c).

6. Records Custodian

6.1 The Custodian of Records is Wick Entertainment Limited (trading as Heduno), and the records are maintained at C/O Alexander & Co, Centurion House, 129 Deansgate, Manchester, England, M3 3WR. Inquiries may be made at support@heduno.com.

7. Collaborative Content and consent records

7.1 Where Content shows more than one person, the records for this Statement connect to the consent obtained under "Collaborative Content" in the Creator Terms (clause 11): the Real-Person Likeness Consent Form and, where two or more performers appear, the Two-Performer Consent Form. Together with the verification records held through our identity-verification provider, these form one coherent chain of age and consent records.

8. Record inspections

8.1 Records required to be maintained by law will be made available to authorised inspectors by the Records Custodian during regular business hours.
