18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

This statement describes how Heduno ("we", "us", or "our") approaches compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and the regulations issued under them (28 C.F.R. Part 75), in connection with the website heduno.com and related services (the "Site").

Role of the Platform

With respect to content uploaded, published, or otherwise made available by users of the Site, we act solely as a hosting and distribution platform. We do not produce, create, or direct any such content. As used in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the applicable regulations, the operators of the Site are not "producers" of user-generated content. The original producers — the creators who upload content — are responsible for creating and maintaining the records required by law.

Creator Obligations

Every creator who uploads content to the Site is required, as a condition of using the Site, to:

Be at least 18 years of age, and ensure that every person depicted in any content was at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created.
Verify and maintain records of the identity and age of every person depicted in their content, as required by applicable law.
Create, keep, and make available the records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A where those requirements apply to them as producers.
Comply with all applicable laws and with our Terms of Service.

Age Verification

We require age and identity verification for creators before they are permitted to publish content. By using the Site, all users represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years of age.

Reporting Concerns

We have zero tolerance for content depicting or involving minors. If you believe any content on the Site may involve a person under the age of 18, or otherwise violates this statement, please report it immediately using our contact form (choose "Report a problem"). We investigate all such reports promptly and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
