Community Guidelines
Effective date: 10 June 2026
We want Heduno to be a safe, respectful place. These Guidelines explain how we expect everyone to behave. They sit alongside the Terms of Service; where something here touches on prohibited content, the Acceptable Use Policy is the authoritative list.
What's not allowed
The full list of prohibited content and conduct is in the Acceptable Use Policy at clause 6 of the Terms of Service — that is the single source of truth, and these Guidelines do not repeat a separate list. Please read it. The points below explain the everyday behaviour we expect.
Nudity
Adult nudity is allowed in posts where it complies with the Acceptable Use Policy, but not in profile pictures or cover images. Adult Content is shown only to Users who have completed age assurance; it is not visible to unverified visitors.
Respect and no discrimination
Treat others with respect. There is no place on Heduno for racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, harassment or any other form of discrimination.
Consent
Be considerate of others' boundaries — no one owes you anything, and "no" means no. Creators can restrict or block Fans, record the reason for a block, and decline Custom Requests.
Privacy
Photos, videos, audio, chat messages, livestreams and any other material on Heduno must not be copied, recorded, shared or published without permission.
Harassment
Do not harass anyone — verbally, physically or sexually. This includes bullying, intimidation, threats and hate speech.
Spam
Do not post repetitively, advertise competing platforms, or delete and re-upload the same Content to push it.
AI content
If you present an AI persona or post AI-generated Content, label it clearly so others are not misled, as required by the Creator Terms.
Illegal content and reporting
Do not post anything illegal or dangerous. If you see Content or conduct that breaks these Guidelines or the law, report it using the in-product "Report" function or under the Complaints & Appeals Policy. We remove illegal Content, report it to the relevant authorities where required, and log our actions.
What happens if you break the rules
We use a progressive enforcement approach: depending on what happened, we may warn you, remove or restrict Content, apply our three-strikes process, or suspend or terminate your Account. Serious breaches and illegal Content can result in immediate removal or termination. If you are affected by a decision, you can appeal under the Complaints & Appeals Policy.
Thanks for helping keep Heduno safe.
