Creator Terms
Effective date: 10 June 2026
These Creator Terms are additional terms that apply when you use Heduno as a Creator. They form part of your agreement with us. Defined terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. In addition, "Tax" means all forms of tax and statutory, governmental or municipal charges, duties, imposts, contributions, levies or withholdings, wherever chargeable, whether of the UK or any other jurisdiction.
1. Other documents that apply to you
1.1 As a Creator, these Creator Terms apply together with the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, the Complaints & Appeals Policy, the DMCA / Copyright Policy and the USC 2257 Statement.
1.2 Each transaction between you and a Fan is governed by the Creator/Fan Contract, which sets out the terms of that transaction. It does not form part of your agreement with us, but we facilitate those transactions and process Payments.
2. Who can be a Creator
2.1 Only individuals can be Creators. Every Creator is personally bound by the Terms of Service. If a third party (for example an Agent) helps you operate your Account, that does not change your personal legal responsibility: our relationship is with you, and you are responsible for ensuring all Content and all use of your Account complies with the Terms of Service.
2.2 AI personas. If your Account presents an AI persona, or you publish AI-generated Content, you remain the Creator: you are the human operator, the custodian, and the person legally responsible for that Account and Content. You must label AI personas and AI-generated Content as set out in clause 8.
3. Getting started and verification
3.1 Before your Creator Account is activated, you must complete identity and age verification through our identity-verification provider. You will need to provide an approved government ID for your jurisdiction, such as a passport or driving licence (the accepted documents are listed during verification), and complete a liveness/selfie check that is matched to your document.
3.2 You may need to provide further information depending on your country of residence. We operate a banned-country list and may decline an application; we may ask for further age or identity verification at any time.
3.3 If you lose access to your Account, you can reset your password using the registered email address; if you cannot recall it, we may require identification to confirm your identity before restoring access.
4. Our commission and Creator Earnings
4.1 We charge commission on the Payments you receive ("Our Commission"). Commission is charged per revenue type (Subscriptions, PPV, tips, Custom Requests, Custom Offerings and, where offered, paid messaging) at the rates shown in your Creator dashboard under Earnings. Our Commission is calculated on the VAT-exclusive (and tax-exclusive) value of each Payment — that is, after deduction of any VAT, GST or sales tax we are required to account for as deemed supplier — and not on the tax-inclusive amount paid by the Fan. The balance after that tax and Our Commission is your "Creator Earnings." Our Commission covers providing, operating and maintaining Heduno and storing your Content.
4.2 Our Commission is deducted from each Payment, and Creator Earnings are paid to you as described in clause 13.
5. Creator/Fan Interactions
5.1 Each Interaction with a Fan is a contract between you and the Fan on the terms of the Creator/Fan Contract. We facilitate Interactions by providing Heduno and storing Content; we are not a party to them.
5.2 When Heduno confirms a Payment (in your Statements page or by email), you must perform your part of the Interaction. You agree to indemnify us for loss we suffer as a result of your failure to do so.
5.3 Custom Requests and Custom Offerings. Where a Fan purchases a Custom Request or Custom Offering and it is not accepted or delivered within the agreed time, the Fan is refunded to their Wallet and you do not receive funds for it.
6. Your Content and acceptable use
6.1 Your Content is not confidential. You authorise Fans to access and view your Content for their own lawful, personal use, in line with the licence you grant under clause 9 of the Terms of Service.
6.2 For each item of Content you make available, you warrant that: it complies with the Terms of Service; you hold all rights necessary to license and deal in it; you own it (and its intellectual property rights) or have a valid licence; and where it includes third-party material, you have all consents and releases needed to use and exploit that material on Heduno.
6.3 You are liable to us, and will indemnify us, for loss we suffer as a result of any of these warranties being untrue.
6.4 Prohibited content. The content and conduct prohibited on Heduno is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy at clause 6 of the Terms of Service. That is the single canonical list; these Creator Terms do not restate it. You must comply with it in full.
6.5 Moderation and online safety. We moderate Content actively, as described in clauses 6 and 7 of the Terms of Service — automated moderation runs on upload (Content identified as nudity is classified as NSFW; prohibited Content fails to upload), supported by human review. We may remove or restrict Content, apply our enforcement ladder, and suspend or terminate Accounts as set out in the Terms of Service, with an appeal route under the Complaints & Appeals Policy.
6.6 Age assurance and access controls. You warrant that you will not circumvent, disable or interfere with Heduno’s age-assurance or access-control measures, and will not assist, encourage or enable any other person (including a Fan) to do so. This includes not making Content available through any route designed to bypass age assurance or the jurisdictional access restrictions described in clause 5.7 of the Terms of Service.
7. Records of age and identity (custodian)
7.1 Heduno is the custodian of the age and identity verification records generated through our identity-verification provider for Creators and for individuals shown in Collaborative Content. We hold and maintain those records centrally. This aligns with the USC 2257 Statement.
8. AI content and persona disclosure
8.1 If you operate an AI persona or publish AI-generated Content, you must label it clearly so that Fans are not misled, in the manner Heduno specifies. The human operator remains the Creator and is responsible for the Account and its Content (clause 2.2). Labelling AI-generated Content does not make permissible any Content that is otherwise prohibited under the Acceptable Use Policy; in particular, the labelling obligation does not authorise AI-generated Content that depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, that sexualises or depicts a minor (whether real, simulated or generated), or that is otherwise unlawful.
9. Marketing use of your public Content
9.1 You agree that public Content you post may be used by us as marketing material for Heduno, provided you are credited (tagged) as the Creator.
10. Partner-network distribution
10.1 We operate, or may operate, a network of sites on which Creator Content can be offered for sale. If you opt in, your public profile and Content will be offered across that network, on the terms presented to you at the time of opting in, as set out in clause 9.6 of the Terms of Service. You can withdraw your opt-in for future sales at any time.
11. Collaborative Content
11.1 If you upload Content showing anyone other than, or in addition to, you ("Collaborative Content"), you warrant that each individual shown is a Verified Creator on Heduno or that their relevant documentation has been approved by Heduno.
11.2 You warrant that you have obtained and keep written consent from each individual shown, confirming that they have given express, prior and fully informed consent both to appearing in the Collaborative Content and to it being posted on Heduno. You must use Heduno's likeness consent form (or any other Heduno approved form) and, where two or more performers appear, the two-performer consent form, and you must tag the Heduno Account(s) of each person appearing (where relevant).
11.3 Where Collaborative Content is a work of joint authorship, you are responsible for obtaining any licences or consents from other joint authors needed to make it available on Heduno.
11.4 Creator Earnings for Collaborative Content are paid only to the uploading Creator's Account; you are solely responsible for dividing revenue between the individuals shown.
11.5 You release us from, and will not bring against us, any claim arising from Collaborative Content; such claims lie between the Creator(s) who posted it and the individual(s) who appeared in it.
11.6 The signed consent forms are held by Heduno as custodian (clause 7) and support the USC 2257 Statement.
12. Creator Earnings, balance and payouts
12.1 Payments are received through our approved payment processor. Our Commission is deducted, and your Creator Earnings are credited to your Heduno earnings balance.
12.2 Your earnings balance shows your pending and available Creator Earnings. Available Creator Earnings are held by our payment processor pending payout to you and are subject to our payment processor's safeguarding arrangements; we do not use Creator Earnings held for payout as working capital. A rolling reserve or hold period may apply before pending Creator Earnings become available; we will show the applicable hold period on your Banking page.
12.3 Payout methods. You can withdraw available Creator Earnings to a bank account or an approved e-money account, once you meet the minimum payout amount for your country and method (shown on your Banking page).
12.4 Refunds and chargebacks. If a Fan obtains a refund or chargeback on a Payment made to you, we may deduct from your balance an amount equal to the Creator Earnings you received on that amount.
12.5 Your bank or payout provider may charge currency-conversion or transfer fees, which are outside our control and not our responsibility.
13. When we may withhold or forfeit Creator Earnings
13.1 We may withhold Creator Earnings due to you but not yet paid out where: (a) we believe you have seriously or repeatedly breached the Terms of Service; (b) you attempt or threaten such a breach in a way that could have serious consequences for us or another User; or (c) we suspect the Creator Earnings result from unlawful or fraudulent activity — for as long as is necessary to investigate.
13.2 We may also withhold Creator Earnings if a lien, charge or encumbrance is placed on them; we may withhold payment until it is removed.
13.3 Following investigation, if we conclude that a serious or repeated breach, a threatened breach with serious consequences, or unlawful/fraudulent activity has occurred, we may notify you that the relevant Creator Earnings are forfeited. Forfeiture is limited to Creator Earnings connected to the breach or to the unlawful or fraudulent activity, and is applied proportionately; we will not forfeit lawfully earned Creator Earnings that are unrelated to the breach or suspected activity. Where we forfeit Creator Earnings derived from particular Payments, we will, unless prohibited by law, use reasonable efforts to return those Payments to the Users who made them. Where part of the withheld Creator Earnings is unrelated to the breach or suspected activity, we will release that part to you.
13.4 We will tell you when we withhold or forfeit Creator Earnings and the reason, and you may appeal under the Complaints & Appeals Policy.
14. Tax compliance
14.1 We recommend you take professional advice on your local Tax obligations. You warrant that you have reported and will report all Payments received through Heduno to the relevant Tax authority, and that you will comply with all applicable Tax laws.
14.2 If any Tax non-compliance occurs in relation to you (including a failure to report earnings, or any penalty, interest, litigation, enquiry or investigation that may lead to non-compliance), you must notify us in writing within 7 days. We may close your Account if we become aware of Tax non-compliance.
14.3 You are responsible for your own Tax affairs; we do not advise on them and are not liable for general Tax information provided on Heduno or for any non-payment of Tax by Creators.
15. General
15.1 All other terms governing your use of Heduno — including liability, changes to terms, suspension and termination, governing law and the consumer jurisdiction carve-out — are in the Terms of Service and apply to you as a Creator.
