Fan Terms

Effective date: 25 October 2026

These Fan Terms are additional terms that apply when you use Heduno as a Fan. They form part of your agreement with us. Defined terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. In addition:

  • "VAT" means United Kingdom value added tax and any equivalent or similar indirect tax in any other jurisdiction, at the rate in force from time to time.

  • "Tax" means all forms of tax and statutory, governmental or municipal charges, duties, imposts, contributions, levies or withholdings, wherever chargeable, whether of the UK or any other jurisdiction.

1. The documents that apply to you

1.1 When you use Heduno as a Fan, these Fan Terms apply together with: the Terms of Service; the Privacy Policy; the Community Guidelines; and the Complaints & Appeals Policy.

1.2 Each purchase or interaction you enter into with a Creator is governed by the Creator/Fan Contract. The Creator/Fan Contract is between you and the Creator; it sets out the terms of that transaction. We are not a party to it, but we facilitate it and process Payments as described in these Fan Terms. This applies wherever you use Heduno, including on a Creator's own domain or a Partner Site.

1.3 If you are also a Creator, the Creator Terms apply to your use of Heduno as a Creator.

2. Eligibility and access to adult content

2.1 You confirm the eligibility matters set out in clause 4 of the Terms of Service, including that you are at least 18 (or older where local law requires) and permitted to use Heduno where you are located.

2.2 Until you are Verified, you can use only the non-adult (SFW) areas of Heduno; adult (NSFW) Content is not accessible to you. Age assurance is triggered at your first purchase or Subscription and works as set out in clause 5 of the Terms of Service.

3. Following is free

3.1 You can Follow a Creator without adding a payment card and without making any payment. Following lets you interact with a Creator and see the Content the Creator makes available to followers.

4. Subscriptions

4.1 How Subscriptions are paid. You can pay for a Subscription by card or from your Wallet. You authorise us, through our payment processor, to take the first payment and each automatic renewal payment using the method you chose. If you pay from your Wallet and your balance is not enough to cover a renewal, you authorise us to take that renewal payment from your saved card instead. If neither payment succeeds, the Subscription does not renew.

4.2 Before you subscribe. Before you commit, we show you the key terms of the Subscription: the price, what it includes, the billing frequency, that it renews automatically, when the first renewal falls, and how to cancel.

4.3 Automatic renewal. A Subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel, unless the renewal payment cannot be taken under clause 4.1 or the price has increased (in which case the renewal will not proceed without your agreement).

4.4 Reminders. We will send you a renewal reminder by email or in-app before a renewal is taken, where required.

4.5 Cancelling. You can cancel a Subscription at any time from your account settings, by the same kind of route you used to sign up. If you cancel, you keep access to the Creator's subscriber Content until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further renewal is taken after that.

4.6 Before you subscribe we present the material terms of the Subscription — price, billing frequency, that it renews automatically until cancelled, and how to cancel — clearly and conspicuously, and we obtain your express informed consent to the recurring charge. You can cancel online at any time, easily and by the same medium you used to subscribe, without having to contact us by any other means. Where your subscription term or applicable state law requires it, we send renewal reminders.

5. The Wallet

5.1 What the Wallet is. Your Wallet is a stored-balance facility on your Account. You use it to pay for Subscriptions, Pay-Per-View Content, tips, Custom Requests, Custom Offerings and (where offered) paid messaging, or you can pay by card instead.

5.2 Topping up. You top up your Wallet by card through our payment processor. A successful top-up credits your balance immediately. A failed top-up does not credit your balance. Your balance cannot go negative, and if you do not have enough balance for a purchase you will be prompted to top up.

5.3 No interest; maximum balance. Wallet balance does not earn interest, and we may set a maximum balance from time to time.

5.4 Transaction history. You can view your Wallet balance and a history of top-ups, purchases and refunds in your Account.

5.5 Unused Wallet credit. Wallet credit is intended for use on Heduno and does not expire while your Account is open. You may request a refund of unused Wallet credit to your original payment method at any time before your Account is closed; our payment processor may carry out reasonable identity and anti-fraud checks first, and we may deduct any amounts you owe us. Any Wallet balance remaining when your Account is closed is forfeited. If you ask us to close your Account, we will remind you of any remaining balance and offer to refund it before closure.

6. Pricing, currency and VAT

6.1 Prices are shown in US Dollar (USD). We may show prices in other currencies in some markets; the currency and any applicable tax are shown before you pay.

6.2 Prices shown to consumers are exclusive of any applicable tax. Where you are a UK consumer this is UK VAT; where you are an EU consumer it is VAT in your member state; and where you are in another jurisdiction that taxes digital services (including relevant US states) it is the applicable sales or similar tax. Tax is applied at the point of purchase (on Subscriptions, PPV, tips, Custom Requests and Custom Offerings) — not when you top up your Wallet. Tax is accounted for as set out in clause 8.4 of the Terms of Service (deemed-supplier basis).

6.3 If your card provider applies currency-conversion or other fees, those are between you and your provider and we are not responsible for them.

6.4 Processing Fee. A Processing Fee of US$1.00 applies to each card payment, including card top-ups of your Wallet, as set out in clause 8.4A of the Terms of Service. In plain terms: there is no Processing Fee when you pay from your Wallet balance; any tax is already included in the fee; you will see the fee before you confirm a payment; we keep the fee and it is not paid to the Creator; and it is not refunded if the purchase is refunded, unless the law requires it.

7. Refunds and your consumer rights

7.1 Your statutory rights come first. Nothing in these Fan Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if digital Content is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.

7.2 Digital content and the right to cancel. Purchases of digital Content are generally final once you have accessed the Content. Where you ask for the Content to be supplied immediately, you may be asked to consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you then lose the 14-day right to change your mind for that Content; the operative consent is captured at the point of purchase under the Creator/Fan Contract. This applies to Pay-Per-View Content, paid messages, Custom Offerings, Custom Requests and Subscriptions. It does not apply to tips. This does not affect your rights under clause 7.1.

7.3 Refund on request. Separately from your statutory rights, you can ask us for a refund (for example, where a purchase is locked pending age assurance under clause 5 of the Terms of Service, or where a Custom Request is not delivered). We deal with refund requests through our support process, and an approved refund is credited to your Wallet. A refund covers the price and any tax paid on it; the Processing Fee is not refunded (see clause 8.4A of the Terms of Service).

7.4 Customs. Where a Custom Offering or an agreed Custom Request is refunded for any reason, the funds are credited to your Wallet. Nothing is charged for a Custom Request until a price is agreed.

7.5 Chargebacks. If you think a Payment is wrong, please use our refund and complaints process first so we can put it right quickly. Using that process does not remove your right to dispute a charge with your card provider. Please do not make chargeback requests that you know to be unjustified; if you do, we may suspend your Account, and we may net the amount against the relevant Creator's earnings as described in the Creator Terms.

8. Your content as a Fan

8.1 If you post any material on Heduno (for example comments, messages or attachments), you warrant that it complies with the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy, and that you own it or have the rights to post it.

8.2 You are responsible for, and agree to indemnify us against, loss we suffer as a result of any of these warranties being untrue.

9. Adult content, moderation and safety

9.1 You acknowledge that some Content on Heduno is adult material and that you access it only once Verified and where lawful for you to do so.

9.2 We take an active role in moderation and online safety as described in clauses 6 and 7 of the Terms of Service; we do not adopt a passive-host posture. You can report Content or conduct using the in-product "Report" function, and you can complain or appeal under the Complaints & Appeals Policy.

10. Suspension and general

10.1 If we suspend your Account under the Terms of Service, Payments that would otherwise fall due during the suspension are suspended for that period.

10.2 All other terms governing your use of Heduno — including liability, changes to terms, governing law and the consumer jurisdiction carve-out — are set out in the Terms of Service and apply to you as a Fan.
