Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to the things creators ask us most.
Getting started
Heduno is a personal platform for independent creators — a place to publish content, build an audience you own, and earn directly from your fans, without the noise of a marketplace.
Head to heduno.com and choose Sign up. You’ll need a valid email address and to confirm you’re 18 or older. Once verified, you can claim your username and start building your page.
Yes. The Starter plan lets you launch a page on a yourname.heduno.com address at no cost. The Max plan unlocks a custom domain and advanced features.
Billing & payouts
Once your available balance reaches $50, select Request payout in Balance & Payouts. Heduno reviews every request and confirms when the payment has been sent.
Heduno takes a 20% commission on the price before VAT of everything you sell. Fans who pay by card also pay a $1.00 processing fee. Heduno Max costs $30 a month, or less on annual billing. We never take a hidden cut of your earnings.
Yes. Upgrade to Heduno Max from Settings › Heduno Max. To cancel Heduno Max, contact support.
Account & security
Heduno doesn’t use passwords. Sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Continue with Google. If the code doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or contact support.
Usernames can be changed from your profile settings, subject to availability. Note that changing your username changes your page URL, so update any links you’ve shared.
Never share your sign-in code, and keep your email account secure. We’ll never ask for your code by email or DM. Check your signed-in devices in Settings › Sign-in and Security. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.
Content & privacy
You control visibility. Each post can be public, for subscribers only, or paid — you decide per post when you publish. Paid posts appear in the Store tab on your page.
We apply technical measures to deter casual copying, including image-indexing blocks and download deterrents. For full details, see the Content & Privacy guides in the Help Center.
Use the contact form and choose “Report a problem.” Provide as much detail as you can and our team will investigate promptly.
