Work with a partner or agency

A partner, such as an agency, can help run your account in return for a share of your earnings. Nothing changes until you accept their request, and you can end it at any time.

When a partner asks to work with you

The partner sends you a request by email. You can also open a link they share with you.

1. Open the request from the email or link.
2. If you're signed out, sign in with the code we email you, or with Google. New to Heduno? Select Create my account first.
3. Review the request. It shows who the partner is, who sent it, and Their share of your earnings, with what you'd each get from $100.
4. Select Link my account to accept, or Decline.

Opening the request doesn't change anything. A request lasts 7 days. After that it runs out and the partner has to send a new one.

You can also find requests waiting for you in Settings › Management. A number on Settings in the sidebar shows when one is waiting.

What a partner can and can't do

Once you're linked, the partner's team can do everything in your dashboard except see or change your bank and payout details. They can't see your password either.

You can work with one partner at a time. If you already have one, you'll see why you can't accept another until you end the first.

Their share of your earnings

Heduno's 20% commission comes off first, and the split is applied to the rest. The split starts with your sales from the day you accept. It doesn't apply to anything you earned before. You can see the current split in Settings › Management, under Your partner.

If your partner suggests a new split

Your partner can suggest a different share. It shows in Settings › Management for you to accept or decline.

• Accept and the new split counts for your sales from that moment.
• Decline and nothing changes.

End working with a partner

1. Go to Settings › Management.
2. Under Your partner, select End.
3. Confirm.

Their team loses access to your account straight away and their split ends. You keep your account, fans and earnings.

Your partner can also end it at any time. It ends straight away in the same way.

You stay responsible. Everything posted or sent from your account is your responsibility, including anything your partner posts or sends. Only accept requests from people you trust.
