Order a custom request

Custom requests let you ask a creator to make something just for you. Open the Requests tab on the creator's site.

Option 1: Order a set offer

Some creators list ready-made offers with a fixed price.

1. Select Order Now on the offer.
2. Check the details and price, then select Continue to Payment.
3. Check the Total Due, choose Wallet or Card, and confirm.

Option 2: Make your own offer

1. Under Something else in mind?, select Make an offer.
2. Give your request a title and describe what you'd like in as much detail as you can.
3. Enter the price you're offering. The creator may set a minimum, which is shown below the price box.
4. Select Send offer.

The creator can accept, decline or send you a counter-offer with a different price. If they counter, you choose whether to accept it.

Nothing is charged until you and the creator agree a price.

What happens next

• The creator has a set time to respond.
• Track progress under Your requests on the Requests tab.
• If the creator declines, or doesn't deliver in time, your money is refunded to your Wallet automatically.

Keep it within the rules

Requests must follow our Community Guidelines. Never include personal details you don't want to share. What you write in a request is stored with your account.
