How partner payouts work

What you earn

What you earn, how it's calculated and any reserve or hold are set out in your Partner Agreement. Your earnings are shown in Earnings in your Partner Dashboard.

Getting paid

You choose when to be paid:

1. Make sure your bank details and business details are complete.
2. An admin on your account requests a payout of your available balance from Earnings. Any minimum payout amount is shown there.
3. We review the request and confirm when the payment has been sent.

Statements and VAT

• We send a statement with every payout. Turn on A payout is sent in your email settings to get it by email.
• VAT-registered? We self-bill you, so you don't send us invoices. Make sure we have your VAT number.
• You're responsible for your own tax, including reporting what we pay you.

Refunds and chargebacks

If a sale you earned from is refunded or charged back, we may deduct your share of it from what we owe you, as set out in your Partner Agreement.
