Referral Programme

1. About and eligibility
1.1 Welcome to the Heduno Referral Programme. By joining, you agree to these terms. This is a standalone instrument that forms part of your agreement with us and is listed in the Terms of Service constituent-documents list.
1.2 The Programme is open to Registered Referrers — a Creator, Affiliate or Agent, as defined in the Terms of Service — who refer new Creators to Heduno.
1.3 Referred Creators must be entirely new to Heduno, with no prior account. Referrers must keep an active account in good standing and comply with the Terms of Service. Creating multiple accounts to manufacture referrals is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of referral payments.
2. Referral rewards
2.1 For a referred Creator, the Referrer earns: 20% of the platform fees generated by the referred Creator's earnings in the first year, then 2% for the following three years.
2.2 Rewards are calculated on eligible transactions only.
3. Referral codes
3.1 You receive a unique referral link or code. It is for personal use: it must be shared privately and must not be sold or advertised publicly, including through paid advertising platforms (for example, paid search or paid social). Misuse may result in suspension from the Programme, forfeiture of rewards, and Account action.
4. Tracking and payments
4.1 Referrals are tracked automatically when a referred Creator uses your code or link at registration. Referral attribution is based solely on the referral code or link captured at the point of registration. No cookies are used for referral tracking. See the Privacy & Cookie Policy clause 8.
4.2 Payments are made monthly, reflecting eligible earnings from the previous month. You must add valid payout details to receive them. No referral payment is made on earnings from accounts we consider to be owned or operated by you, or by a referred Creator with whom you have a commercial or pre-existing relationship.
5. Verification
5.1 To confirm eligibility, we may request identity verification and information about your relationship with a referred Creator. Failure to provide it may result in forfeiture of the relevant referral payments.
6. Programme integrity and fraud
6.1 You must not engage in fraudulent activity, including fake accounts or manipulating referral codes. We may audit referral activity and disqualify referrals that breach these terms.
7. Void where prohibited
7.1 Participation is void where prohibited by law; you are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
8. Changes and termination
8.1 We may modify or discontinue the Programme, including reward rates and eligibility. Changes will not affect rewards already earned on eligible transactions completed before the change, and we will give advance notice of significant changes.
9. Tax
9.1 Referral payments may be taxable; you are responsible for your own tax reporting and payment. We may issue tax forms or disclosures as required by law.
10. Disputes
10.1 If there is a dispute about referral activity or payments, please contact support; we will review it and reach a decision. Our decision is intended to be final for the operation of the Programme, but this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or your right to pursue a complaint or other legal remedy.
11. General
11.1 No earnings guarantee. Participation does not imply or guarantee any level of earnings; rewards depend solely on qualifying referral transactions.
11.2 Eligible transactions. Referral payments are made only on transactions between Users of Heduno; transactions involving third parties or external platforms are not eligible.
11.3 Independent relationship. Joining the Programme does not create a partnership, agency or employment relationship; Referrers act independently and cannot bind Heduno.
