Check your account health
Settings › Account health shows whether your account is in good standing, and anything you need to fix.
Your overall status
The top of the page shows your overall status. Below it is a list of checks. If a check needs attention, it tells you what's wrong.
The checks
| Check | What it looks at |

| Refunds and chargebacks | Refunds and chargebacks on your sales, as a share of your sales over the last 30 days |
| Rejected uploads | Content you uploaded that was rejected |
| Payout and tax details | Your payout and tax details |
| Overdue custom requests | Custom requests you accepted but haven't delivered in time |
The 5% limit
Your refunds and chargebacks together must stay at or below 5% of your sales over the last 30 days.
Staying above the limit can lead to action on your account. See our Terms of Service.

Mark an item as seen
You can mark an item as seen once you've dealt with it. If anything new happens, it shows on your Overview again.
