Refunds and chargebacks on your sales

Sometimes a fan gets a refund, or disputes a payment with their bank. A disputed payment that's reversed is called a chargeback.

What's deducted

If one of your sales is refunded or charged back, what you earned from that sale is deducted from your balance.

The 5% limit

Refunds and chargebacks count towards your account health. Together they must stay at or below 5% of your sales over the last 30 days.

How to avoid disputes

• Deliver what you promise. Make sure each post and offer matches its description and price.
• Deliver requests on time. Custom requests that aren't delivered in time are refunded to the fan.
• Be clear. Describe paid content accurately so fans know what they're buying.
