Verify your email, identity, and age

Before you can upload and publish content, or earn on Heduno, we need to check three things: your email, your identity and your age. You do this once.

See where you stand

Go to Settings › Account health and look under Verification. Each check shows whether it's done:

• Email: confirms we can reach you. It's done when you enter the code we email you as you join.
• Identity and Age: done together, in one check with our verification partner, VerifyMy.

Verify your identity and age

Your email must be verified first.

1. Select Verify your identity.
2. Select Verify your identity with VerifyMy. You'll go to VerifyMy's secure site.
3. Follow its steps to confirm your identity and age.
4. When you're done, you come straight back to your dashboard.

The check can take a few moments. If you see we're processing your identity check, refresh the page to see your updated status. Once you're verified, you'll see You can now upload and publish content.

If it didn't work

Make sure your photo is clear and well lit, then try again. If it still fails, contact support.

Why we check

We're legally required to check that every creator is 18 or over. It keeps the platform safe for you and your fans.
