Report copyright infringement or stolen content
If someone has posted your content without your permission, you can ask for it to be taken down.
Content posted on Heduno
Email dmca@heduno.com. Your notice must include:
- your signature (typing your full name is fine), or that of someone authorised to act for you
- a description of the work that's been copied
- where the copy is, with links wherever possible
- your address, phone number and email
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner
What happens next: we act quickly to remove or disable access to infringing content and let the account holder know. Accounts that repeatedly infringe can be closed.
Content posted on another site
Heduno doesn't send takedown notices to other websites for you. Contact the site that's hosting the copy directly, using its own copyright or DMCA process. If you're not sure where to start, email dmca@heduno.com and we'll point you to the right route.
If your content was taken down by mistake
You can send a counter-notice to dmca@heduno.com. Include:
- what was removed and where it was
- a statement that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentified
- your address, phone number and email
If the counter-notice is valid, the content is restored within 10–14 business days, unless the person who complained tells us they've started court action.
Important: Making false statements in a notice or counter-notice can make you legally liable. Only send one if you're sure.
