Cancel a subscription

You can cancel at any time, online, without contacting us.

How to cancel

1. On the creator's site, open the menu under your name (top right) and select Settings.
2. Open the Payments tab.
3. Under Subscription, select Cancel subscription and confirm.

What happens next

• You keep access to the creator's subscriber content until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• No further payments are taken.
• Anything you bought separately, such as unlocked posts, stays available while your account is open.

Changed your mind?

Once your current period ends, you can subscribe again from the creator's site.

Note: Deleting your account doesn't replace cancelling. Cancel your subscriptions first so no renewal is taken while your deletion is processed.
