Understand a charge on your statement
What the charge is called
Payments on any creator's site are processed by Heduno. Heduno is run by Wick Entertainment Limited, so the charge on your bank or card statement shows as Wick Entertainment, not the creator's name or web address.
The exact wording can vary slightly between banks. For example, it may be shortened or shown in capitals.
What makes up the amount

| Price | The price set by the creator, shown in US dollars (USD) |
| Tax | Any VAT or sales tax that applies where you live, added at checkout |
| Processing fee | $1.00 on card payments, including Wallet top-ups (any VAT included). Shown in the Total Due before you pay |
Why the amount is different from what I saw
- Currency conversion. Prices are in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own fee. Heduno doesn't control those fees.
- Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically. Check Settings › Transactions for the matching payment.
Don't recognise a charge?
- Check Settings › Transactions on the creator site you use.
- Search your email for a Heduno receipt.
- Still unsure? Contact support before contacting your bank. We'll look into it and put it right quickly.
