Change your username

Your username is part of your page address, so changing it has a few knock-on effects worth knowing about.

How to change it

1. Open Profile settings from your dashboard.
2. Find the Username field.
3. Enter your new username. If it's available, you'll see a green check.
4. Save your changes.

What changes when you do

• Your page URL changes. If your address was oldname.heduno.com, it becomes newname.heduno.com.
• Old links may stop working. Update your bio links, social profiles, and anywhere else you've shared your page.
• Your display name is separate. Changing your username doesn't change the name fans see on your profile — you can edit that independently.

Heads up: usernames are first-come, first-served. If your preferred name is taken, try a small variation.

On a custom domain?

If you're on the Max plan with a custom domain, your public address is your own domain, so a username change has less impact on fans. It still affects your default *.heduno.com address. See Setting up your page for domain details.
