Reset your password

If you can't log in, resetting your password only takes a minute.

Reset from the login page

1. Go to the Log in page on heduno.com.
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter the email address on your account and submit.
4. Check your inbox for a secure reset link and follow it to choose a new password.

The reset link is single-use and expires after a short time for your security. If it expires, just request a new one.

Didn't get the email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder — reset emails sometimes land there.
• Confirm the email address — make sure you used the one you signed up with.
• Wait a couple of minutes — delivery can occasionally be delayed.

Keep your account secure

• Choose a strong, unique password you don't use anywhere else.
• We will never ask for your password by email or direct message.
• If you think someone else has accessed your account, reset your password immediately and let us know.
