Payout methods & getting paid

Getting paid on Heduno is straightforward once your payout method is connected. Here's what you need to know.

Connect a payout method

1. Open Billing in your dashboard.
2. Select Payout method.
3. Follow the prompts to securely connect your account.

We process payouts through trusted payment partners. Your sensitive banking details are handled by the payment provider — Heduno never stores your full account numbers.

When you get paid

• Earnings accumulate in your balance as fans subscribe and purchase.
• Once you pass the minimum payout threshold, your balance is paid out on a regular schedule.
• The exact threshold, schedule, and available methods depend on your region and are shown in your dashboard.

Why a payout might be delayed

• Your payout method isn't fully verified yet.
• Your balance hasn't reached the minimum threshold.
• Additional verification is required to comply with regulations.

If a payout looks stuck for longer than expected, contact support with your account details and we'll investigate.
