Subscriptions & fees

Heduno keeps pricing simple and transparent. This guide explains your plan options and how fees work.

Plans

• Starter — free. Launch your page on a yourname.heduno.com address with the core publishing and earning tools.
• Max — a paid plan that adds a custom domain and advanced features for creators ready to scale.

You can switch plans whenever you like from Billing in your dashboard.

How fees work

Before you go live, your dashboard shows exactly what you'll pay:

• Your plan price (if you're on Max).
• Any per-transaction fees applied to sales and subscriptions.

There are no surprise deductions — what you see is what applies.

Changing or cancelling your plan

• Upgrade to Max any time; new features unlock immediately.
• Downgrade or cancel from Billing; changes take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep paid features until then.

Refunds

If you believe you've been charged in error, contact support with the details and we'll look into it. For fan-facing refund questions, point your fans to the contact form too.
