How tips work

Tips let fans support you directly, on top of subscriptions and purchases. There's nothing to set up: the Tip button is on your page automatically.

How fans tip

Fans select Tip on your page, choose a preset amount ($5, $10, $25 or $50) or enter their own, and can add a message. They pay from their Wallet or by card.

Where tips show

• Overview: the Earnings card includes a Tips line for the last 30 days.
• Insights: the Earnings breakdown shows Tips for the week, month or year you choose.

What you receive

Heduno takes a 20% commission on tips. The amounts in your dashboard are what you earn after commission.

When you can withdraw tips

Tips join your balance like any other earnings. They start as pending and move to available after the hold period. You can then withdraw them. See Understand available vs. pending balance.

If a tip is refunded or charged back

If a fan gets a refund or a chargeback on a tip, the amount you earned from it is deducted from your balance. See Refunds and chargebacks on your sales.
