Tax and your earnings
This article explains what Heduno takes from each sale and what you earn. It isn't tax advice.
Heduno's commission
Heduno takes 20% of the price before VAT on everything you sell:
- subscriptions
- paid posts
- messages
- tips
- custom requests
Worked example
If VAT is payable, it's added on top of your price. The fan pays the VAT. It isn't part of your earnings.

The card processing fee
When a fan pays by card, they also pay a $1.00 processing fee. Heduno keeps this fee. It isn't part of your earnings, and no commission is taken from it.

Before we can pay you, we ask whether you're a US citizen or US tax resident, and for your tax number. See Add your tax details.
Your own tax
You're responsible for your own tax on what you earn. If you're not sure what you need to pay or report, speak to a tax adviser.
