Subscriptions & fees

Heduno keeps pricing simple and transparent. This guide explains your plan options and how fees work.

Plans

• Starter — free. Launch your page on a yourname.heduno.com address with the core publishing and earning tools.
• Heduno Max — $30 a month, or annual billing at 33% off. Adds a custom domain and more. See Heduno Max.

You'll find Heduno Max under Settings › Heduno Max.

How fees work

Heduno takes a 20% commission on everything you earn — subscriptions, paid posts and messages, tips and custom requests. It's worked out on the price before any VAT or sales tax. See Tax and your earnings for a worked example.

When a fan pays by card, they also pay a $1.00 processing fee. Heduno keeps that fee: it isn't part of your earnings, and no commission is taken from it.

There are no surprise deductions — what you see is what applies.

Changing or cancelling your plan

Upgrade to Heduno Max, switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel, all from Settings › Heduno Max. If you cancel, Heduno Max runs to the end of the time you've paid for, with no refund, and then your page goes back to its heduno.com address. See Heduno Max.

Refunds

If a fan's payment is refunded or charged back, what you earned from it is deducted from your balance. See Refunds and chargebacks on your sales.

If you believe you've been charged in error, contact support with the details and we'll look into it. For fan-facing refund questions, point your fans to the contact form too.
