Deliver a custom request
Once you've accepted a custom request, you make the content and deliver it from the request's page. The fan gets it straight away.
How long you have
The delivery countdown starts when you accept, or when the fan pays if they still had to. The request shows how long you have, for example you have 72h to complete it. Requests you don't deliver in time are refunded to the fan and count against your account health.
Deliver it
- Go to Requests and open the Accepted tab.
- Select View on the request.
- In Deliver this request, select Add to upload a photo or video from your device, or pick one from your Library. You can add up to 10.
- Optionally, write a message to the fan, up to 1,000 characters.
- Select Deliver request.
Deliver request stays off until you've added at least one photo or video. The request then moves to Complete.
Can't deliver it?
Select Refund instead on the request. The fan is refunded to their Wallet and the request is marked declined. It's better to refund than to let a request run out.
When a fan makes their own offer
Sometimes a fan suggests their own price for a request. Open it from Pending and choose:
- Accept: the fan is asked to pay. Nothing is charged until they do. Once they've paid, your delivery countdown starts.
- Suggest a different price: enter your price (minimum $1). The fan can accept it and pay.
- Decline request: the fan is refunded automatically.
