We take an active role in keeping Heduno safe. If you see something that breaks the law or our rules, tell us.
How to report
- In the product: use the Report option on the content, profile or chat.
- By email: send details to support@heduno.com. Include your name and contact details, what you're reporting, and a link to it or where you saw it.
You don't need a Heduno account to report something.
What happens next
| Type of report | What we do |
|---|---|
| Illegal or non-consensual content | Investigated within 7 business days. Removed promptly if unlawful or non-consensual. |
| Anything else | Acknowledged within 2 business days. Straightforward cases resolved within 10 business days. |
We'll tell you the outcome, at least in summary. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
