Why a creator's page isn't available

Creators can choose not to show their page in certain countries. If you're in one of those countries, you see Not available in your country. You also won't find the creator in search there.

If you're subscribed

If you connect from a country the creator has blocked:

• you lose access to the creator's page
• you aren't charged again
• the unused part of your subscription is refunded to your Wallet

What you've bought

Anything you bought from the creator stays yours.

Using a VPN

Using a VPN or any other way to get around location restrictions isn't allowed and may lead to your account being closed.
