Receipts and transactions

See every payment

1. On a creator's site, open the menu under your name and select Settings.
2. Open the Transactions tab.

Each entry shows what you paid for (for example a paid message or a subscription), the date, how you paid (Wallet or card) and the amount.

Get receipts by email

1. Go to Settings › Payments.
2. Turn on Email me a receipt when I pay.

You'll then get a receipt for posts, tips, subscriptions and renewals, and custom requests. Every payment is listed under Transactions whether or not this is on.

Confirmation of your purchase

After a digital purchase, we also send you confirmation that you asked for the content straight away. This is by email or as a message to your account.
