Your Wallet and saved cards

Your Wallet is a balance on your Heduno account. You can use it to pay for subscriptions, posts, messages, tips and custom requests on any creator site.

See your balance

On a creator's site, open the menu under your name, select Settings, then the Payments tab. Your Wallet balance is at the top.

Top up

When you buy something and choose Wallet but don't have enough balance, you'll be asked to top up. Top-ups are paid by card.

• A successful top-up is added to your balance straight away.
• A failed top-up isn't added.
• Your balance can't go below zero.
• Tax isn't charged on top-ups. It's charged on what you buy.

Pay with your Wallet or a card

At checkout, choose Wallet or Card.

• Card payments, including top-ups, carry a $1.00 processing fee. Any VAT is included in the fee. It's shown in the Total Due before you confirm.
• Wallet payments have no processing fee.

Saved cards

You can save a card when you pay by card. Saved cards are listed under Settings › Payments › Saved cards. Heduno never sees your full card number, expiry date or security code. These are held securely by our payment processor.

Getting unused credit back

You can ask for unused Wallet credit to be refunded to your original payment method at any time while your account is open. Contact support. Our payment processor may run identity and fraud checks first.

Good to know

• Your Wallet balance doesn't earn interest.
• Your Wallet credit doesn't expire while your account is open.
• Any balance left when your account is closed is forfeited. Ask for a refund before you close your account.
