Delete your account

Before you delete

• Cancel your subscriptions. See Cancel a subscription.
• Use or refund your Wallet balance. Any balance left when your account is closed is forfeited. Ask support to refund it first.
• You'll lose access to everything you've bought, on every creator site.

How to delete

Contact support from the email address registered to your account and ask for your account to be deleted. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Your account is deleted within a reasonable period after you ask, and we'll email you when it's done.

What happens to your data

We delete or anonymise your data once we no longer need it. Some records must be kept by law, for example payment and tax records, and the basic record that an age check took place. Details are in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Your data rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or erase your personal data at any time. Email privacy@heduno.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.
