Prove your age

Heduno is for adults only. By law we must check that you're 18 or over before showing you adult content.

When you're asked

You're asked the first time you buy something or subscribe. You'll also see Prove your age to see on locked content.

How it works

1. Select Prove your age.
2. Follow the steps on screen. Depending on your country, we may check the card you pay with, or our verification partner may estimate your age from your email address or a quick selfie.
3. If that doesn't confirm your age, you can verify with an ID document. This route includes human review.

Once you pass, your locked content unlocks straight away. You stay verified on every Heduno creator site. You may occasionally be asked to check again where the law requires it.

Paid but not verified yet?

Your purchase or subscription still goes through, but the content stays locked until you prove your age. You can come back and do it at any time. If you'd rather not, you can ask for a refund to your Wallet.

Your data

• We run the card check ourselves, through our payment processor. We never see your full card number.
• The other checks are run by a specialist verification provider. Heduno receives only the result (pass or fail) and basic details of the check, such as the time and method.
• We don't receive or store your ID document or face scan.

Note: Using a VPN or any other way to get around age checks or location restrictions isn't allowed and may lead to your account being closed.
