Fan and creator data on your site
Fans and creators who join through your site sign up with both you and Heduno. You and we are joint controllers of their personal data. In practice, we hold and manage it while you're a partner, and it comes to you if you ever leave.
While you're a partner
- We hold and manage all the data — accounts, payments, age checks and messages.
- We handle privacy notices, people's data requests, security and data protection regulators.
- You see what your dashboard shows about your sites: creators' content, posts, subscriptions, custom requests, sales and earnings, and fans' usernames and purchases.
- You don't see fans' email addresses, contact or payment details, verification data, or the contents of messages.
How you can use it
Use what you see only to run and grow your sites and support your creators. You must not use it to identify, contact or profile individual fans, or copy or export it.
If anyone contacts you about their personal data, pass it to us straight away at support@heduno.com.
If you leave
When your partnership ends, we give you the personal data of the fans and creators who joined through your sites, as set out in your Partner Agreement. We never pass on payment, verification or message data.
From then on:
- you're solely responsible for that data;
- you must send those people your own privacy notice within one month;
- you can send marketing only to people who have agreed to it, and must honour any opt-outs they gave us; and
- you must not sell it or pass it on.
People who joined Heduno somewhere other than your sites aren't included.
