Payout methods & getting paid

Getting paid on Heduno is straightforward once your payout method is connected. Here's what you need to know.

Connect a payout method

1. Select Balance in the sidebar to open Balance & Payouts.
2. Select Edit details.
3. Add your tax details, then your bank details. See Add or update your payout (bank) details.

You'll be asked to confirm it's you with an emailed code before changing these details or requesting a payout. This keeps your money safe. See Confirm it's you.

We process payouts through trusted payment partners. Your sensitive banking details are handled by the payment provider — Heduno never stores your full account numbers.

When you get paid

• Earnings accumulate in your balance as fans subscribe and purchase.
• Once your available balance reaches $50, you can select Request payout.
• Heduno reviews every request and confirms when the payment has been sent. See Withdraw your balance.

Why a payout might be delayed

• Your payout method isn't fully verified yet.
• Your available balance is below the $50 minimum.
• Additional verification is required to comply with regulations.

If a payout looks stuck for longer than expected, contact support with your account details and we'll investigate.

Fees

Heduno takes a 20% commission on what you sell. See Tax and your earnings. We don't take a hidden cut of your earnings.
